The Institute for Leadership and Strategic Studies (ILSS), University of North Georgia (UNG), now features Chambers Bay Institute’s Leadership Blogs on its website. Available to students, faculty & staff, and to the public, this provides access to current and relevant resources for those with an interest in current leadership trends and experiences provided by practitioners.

We are humbled to be included on the ILSS “Leadership” tab along with other highly respected leader development blogs. Chambers Bay Institute’s passion is to develop our next generation of capable leaders, and we hope that our blog helps emerging leaders on their journey. Thanks to Dr. Billy Wells, Senior Vice President for Leadership and Global Engagement and to Dr. Keith Antonia, Associate Vice President for Military Programs for their invitation and for their leadership.

UNG is a designated State Leadership Institution and is one of only six Senior Military Colleges in the nation. Founded in 1873, its Corps of Cadets experience is one of the best leader development programs in the country. Proof is from national recognition, and more importantly, their graduates who are serving in positions that are vital to protecting our U.S. national security interests throughout the world.

The ILSS incubates educational programs and synchronizes the cadet military program entities to prepare cadets for ethical, adaptive, and innovative leadership as officers in the Total Army, or as leaders in other public or private enterprises and civic organizations for the good of American society.
