Authentic Leader Development Coach© Certification

DESIGNED FOR: Experienced practitioners – senior executives, retired senior military (general officers, colonels, command sergeants major), and experienced business leaders.

DESCRIPTION: A multi-module intensive Leadership Coaching certification program that incorporates didactic, self-learning, evaluated practicums, and practice with feedback.

Prepares attendees to assist leaders apply the proven principles of the Integrator Leader© and practices of authentic leadership to promote greater outcomes from their teams.

With certification, participants qualify to deliver one-on-one, on-site, and telephonic leadership coaching to senior executives responsible for complex organizations to include Army leaders charged with commanding battalion and brigade or their equivalent organizations in the active, reserve, and national guard components.
